Process

A system, not a sprint of hope.

Four stages. Clear deliverables. One team. You'll know exactly what's happening — and why — at every point.

The 4 stages

What actually happens, week by week.

Every stage has a clear input, a clear output, and a visible artifact in your hands. No mystery sprints.

01

Discover

We audit site, funnel, and tools. Map every leak. Talk to your team and a handful of customers. Surface the 2–3 highest-ROI moves before anyone touches code.

02

Strategize

We turn findings into a prioritized roadmap: what we'll build, what we'll automate, what we'll deprecate, and the metrics each move is supposed to lift.

03

Build & automate

Two-week ship cycles. Design, code, integrate, automate. Live staging from week one of the sprint. Your team looped in via Loom + Linear. Nothing lands by surprise.

Weeks 3–8 · Delivers / Production-ready ships, every fortnight
04

Optimize & scale

Monthly experiments against the baselines we set in week 2. Double down on what moves, cut what doesn't. The engagement keeps going only as long as the metric keeps moving.

Two-week paid sprint. You leave with a roadmap whether or not you continue.

FAQ

Process questions, answered.

Can we skip discovery?+

Sometimes - when the scope is genuinely clear and we've worked together before. New engagements almost always benefit from at least a 2-week paid discovery. It's the cheapest insurance against a 6-month rebuild.

How involved does my team need to be?+

About 2-3 hours a week from one decision-maker. More during discovery, less during build. We don't need committee approvals - we need a single empowered person who can say yes or no.

What if scope changes mid-project?+

It will. We use a change-order protocol: any scope change goes through a 1-page memo with new estimate. No surprise invoices, no hidden hours.

Do you work in our project management tool?+

Yes - Linear, Notion, Jira, ClickUp, or our own setup. We meet your team where they live.

What does "shipped" actually mean?+

It means in production, with monitoring, with at least one week of operating data. Not "deployed and forgotten." We don't close the engagement until the metric we set has a meaningful trend.
